How do I choose the right size?

Are your t-shirts pre-shrunk?
Yes, our t-shirts undergo a pre-shrinking process to minimize size changes after washing. Follow the care instructions to ensure the best fit over time.

Are your t-shirts ethically sourced and produced?
Yes, we prioritize ethical and sustainable practices. Our t-shirts are sourced from suppliers committed to fair labor practices, and we use eco-friendly materials and production methods wherever possible.

Can I customize or personalize a t-shirt?
Currently, we offer a curated collection, but we're exploring customization options for the future. Stay tuned for updates on personalized t-shirt options!

How do I care for my t-shirts to ensure longevity?
To maintain the quality of your t-shirts, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water, using a gentle detergent. Avoid using bleach and tumble dry on low or air dry for the best results.

Can I change the size, color or design before it ships? We are not able to guarantee that we will be able to stop the shipment once the order has been placed. We will do our best to assist in any way that we can. Please do note in most cases, once an order has been placed our warehouse works quickly to fulfill your order and we may not be able to make any changes. Please contact us immediately if a case like this does arise.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer 10% discount on your first order. Please do sign up for our newsletter to get updates regarding any future promotions and be the first to get notified about any discounts, contests and rewards being offered.

Do you ship internationally?
We do not currently offer international shipping, but we do look forward to having that offered to our international iGenie babes in the near future. Please check our shipping information page or contact customer support for specific details for any updates on international shipping.

Can I change my billing or shipping address before it ships? You may change your shipping address after you place an order by contacting customer support.If you entered the wrong address at checkout, you can still change it while we fulfill your order. But once your order is fulfilled and with our carrier or out for delivery, we can’t guarantee the possibility of changing any information.

In some cases, If they can’t deliver your shipment, they’ll send it back to our facility. Then you’ll need to confirm the changed address for reshipping the package within 30 days. All address corrections are subject to review and can be declined following a security screening. Please note that reshipments due to incorrect address registration, may incur additional cost for product reshipment.


Do you ship to P.O.Boxes? We do not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time. If a P.O. address is utilized for orders, it will be returned to the warehouse or may not be fulfilled.  If your order somehow passes our system with a PO Box address, this will cause delays. Any orders that are returned to the warehouse for that reason will incurr additional reshipment cost to you.

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Please visit our returns page for detailed instructions on initiating a return.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. Once that order is fulfilled you will then receive a tracking number. Use this number on our tracking page or the courier's website to monitor the delivery status. You can also log in to your account and track your package that way as well, once the order is fulfilled and prepared for shipment.

How do I cancel an order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then set to ship. No changes can be made at this stage of the process. You can reach our customer support team through our Contact Us page on our website. We aim to respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns you may have. 

I forgot to add another item to my order, am I able to make changes and additions before it ships?

You can reach our customer support team through our Contact Us page on our website. We aim to respond promptly to any inquiries or concerns you may have. Orders are fulfilled quite quickly once placed, so that we can get your product out to you as quickly as possible. For that reason, we may not be able to make any changes to your order once the product has been fulfilled by our warehouse.
